By accessing and using the Sky Fishers website and platform, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. This document defines the rules and conditions applicable to the use of our brand and image monitoring and protection platform powered by artificial intelligence. 1. Scope and Purpose
Sky Fishers provides a technological solution designed for companies, public professionals, and individuals with public exposure — such as influencers, artists, athletes, and public figures — who wish to protect their identity, brand, and digital reputation.
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to detect, analyze, and act upon the misuse of brands, names, and images across domains, social networks, marketplaces, maps, and applications, enabling a quick and accurate response to risks of fraud, counterfeiting, and unfair competition.
The use of our services is intended for professional and public image protection purposes. Personal, experimental, or non-commercial uses are strictly prohibited.
2. Registration, Payment, and Access
Full access to the platform requires prior registration. The registration may be completed by:
- Legal entities (companies owning brands, franchises, distributors, agencies, law firms, among others);
- Public individuals (professionals whose image or stage name is exposed to public use and potential misuse).
During the registration process, users must provide accurate information and an active payment method, which will be used for future charges according to the selected plan and contracted services.
The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of the data and the confidentiality of their login credentials. The use is personal and non-transferable, and the sharing, resale, or transfer of services is strictly prohibited.
Sky Fishers may suspend or terminate access in cases of non-payment, fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
3. Features and Services
The platform offers features that may include:
- Automated monitoring of websites, domains, marketplaces, social networks, and applications that unlawfully use the client’s brand, name, or image;
- Identification of fake profiles, unauthorized resellers, misuse of logos, and fraudulent content;
- AI-based risk analysis and generation of brand protection reports;
- Execution of notifications and extrajudicial takedown actions in accordance with the selected plan.
Sky Fishers may modify, add, or discontinue features without prior notice to improve system security and performance.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Sky Fishers platform — including software, source code, design, reports, algorithms, databases, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Flyobp Fly Online Brand Protection LTDA.
It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, commercialize, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written authorization from Sky Fishers.
Feedback, suggestions, and improvements submitted by users may be freely used by the company without generating any right to compensation or co-authorship.
5. Responsibilities and Limitations
Sky Fishers provides an automated monitoring, analysis, and digital enforcement tool. Despite using advanced technologies, technical limitations may occur, such as false positives, partial results, or temporary service unavailability.
The company does not guarantee the elimination of all infringements and does not replace legal analysis. The client is solely responsible for the decisions made based on the information obtained through the platform.
It is forbidden to use the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, network attacks, data scraping, or any practice that infringes on third-party rights. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and notification to the competent authorities.
6. Updates and Validity
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect technological, legal, or operational changes. The new version will take effect upon publication, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
